[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Vector layer attribution doesn't get removed when switching to another layer (Issue #6220)

@hlfan I've tried running master locally using Docker and this issue does not occur to me. Neither do the other issues such as https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/6229 and https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/6231
I'm not sure how come, can someone confirm? Is it possible it's fixed in master but not yet deployed to https://www.openstreetmap.org/ ? @tomhughes
