Specifically `hsb` is not in the list of supported languages returned by https://www.npmjs.com/package/@maptiler/maplibre-gl-omt-language so we don't consider it.

I suspect that there is also no corresponding data in the tiles because forcing the language code doesn't seem to help.

It's not quite true that no three letter codes work as `pnb` does work (Punjabi / پنجابی).
