[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Remove link targets while dragging the map (PR #6265)

Somehow this doesn't work for me in Firefox. After a few mousemove and mouseup events, I'm getting click events in Leaflet, Turbo, Bootstrap and jQuery.
