[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] openstreetmap在数据库的中有个表current_nodes中的title是怎么计算的？ (Issue #6098)

我在用我的自己的数据放到对应的表里面的时候，发现这个title一直提示不对，所以我想知道咱们这个是怎么进行计算的，然后我按这个计算规则，来转换我的数据，
