[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Capital letter sharp S is not displayed (Issue #6123)

### How to reproduce the issue?

1. go to edit mode in Germany/Austria, no matter where
2. search for something (place names, street names etc.) that is spelled with ß
3. everything is displayed in upper case, SS is displayed instead of ẞ (can lead to misunderstandings)

When capitalizing words with ß, ẞ is used, not SS.
