There was enough time to answer https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/5757#issuecomment-2713112562. Since the original poster didn't answer it, I consider "hard to spot changesets with comments vs those without" problem fixed.

If anyone wants some other issue fixed, like "clutter" https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/5757#issuecomment-2723566217, they can open another issue. (and comment icons aren't the biggest source of clutter; "Closed" for example takes more space)
