[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] open marker is not displayed, my browser claims "it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression" (Issue #5748)

given that creating issue and more hard refreshes fixed the issue and

(it was happening this way for days now! and again it fixed itself as soon as I reported it)
