maro-21 created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#5771)

https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Site.not_public_flash.anon_edits_link/en
The link is "https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Disabling_anonymous_edits"
but it has been a redirect to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Anonymous_edits since 2009
The URL should be changed to a non-redirect.
