[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Reuse mirrored turn icons (PR #5776)

### Description
I replaced the definitions of the turn icons twice for left and right with a single definition and a mirroring.
I also run the path data through svgo.

### How has this been tested?
ctrl+c ctrl+v in browser
