[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add OSRM support for left u-turn (PR #5777)

### Description
This does #5768 for OSRM.

### How has this been tested?
Testing with the API revealed that using the "driving_side" doesn't work as it's always "right", so a manual calculation with the bearings is required.
