[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add social profile links (PR #5439)

`master` was rebased. Conflicts were resolved.

Tests have these errors:
`Selenium::WebDriver::Error::UnknownError: Failed to decode response from marionette`
`Selenium::WebDriver::Error::NoSuchWindowError: Browsing context has been discarded`
`Selenium::WebDriver::Error::InvalidSessionIdError: Tried to run command without establishing a connection`

Failed tests were not impacted by this PR (especially by the last change of conflict resolution, as it was just about `structure.sql`).
>From what I've searched in the web, probably there is an issue with the configuration of Selenium or versions of dependencies ([link 1](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57066004/message-tried-to-run-command-without-establishing-a-connection), [link 2](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44312346/error-message-tried-to-run-command-without-establishing-a-connection-when-runni), [link 3](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49734915/failed-to-decode-response-from-marionette-message-in-python-firefox-headless-s), [link 4](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54525301/browsing-context-has-been-discarded-using-geckodriver-firefox-through-selenium)). None of the tests fail on my local machine.
