[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] opening https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/12432594/ link does not center map where way is (Issue #5798)

Can reproduce this, on mobile as well as on desktop view. I noticed that the map no longer jumps around when the side/top pane is opened on mobile, so maybe it is related to that.
