Even if you took out "[type] [number]" and did it for the URLs, tags, and other formats (i.e. n1234, node/1234), that would still be a huge improvement, and people would probably adapt to commenting like that when they find out about it. Those ones are pretty clear and would be pretty rare for those links to show up unintentionally.
