[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] pretty formatting of OSM URLS in notes, changeset comment, and comments (Issue #5780)

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dappliance and https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1/history now get shortened to [osm.wiki/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dappliance](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dappliance) and [osm.org/node/1/history](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1/history)

which may make sense

but then why osm.wiki/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dappliance and osm.org/node/1/history when copied are not working anymore? Is it intentional to make copy-pasting text including links to osm-hosted things to become broken?
