[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add viewbox param to Nominatim link in search results (PR #5863)

Fixes #5859.

Doesn't yet do anything with Nominatim reverse geocoding url that had unused(?) `zoom` parameter and now will contain unused bbox.
