[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Say "OpenStreetMap - iD" in browser tab (Issue #5864)

Here we see the right tab name shows that we are browsing a Node: 7..., via its '<TITLE>',

So certainly the left tab could say
- OpenStreetMap - iD, or
- OpenStreetMap - iD Editor

as an enhancement.
