That's a valid point, and I can totally respect that, but I'm mainly trying to get my life easier since I need to respond every time they reject my app :-/ 
I can reframe that implementing this would be helpful to my app and thus to OSM as my app is the main reason for OSM contribution in Israel, I believe. I hope this argument is stronger than not giving Apple the satisfaction :-)
