[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Removing legacy OpenID login option (Issue #6020)

mmd-osm created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6020)

Before starting a new PR, I wanted to get some feedback, if this login option is working, and if anyone is still using it? My impression is that it is in some broken state for quite a while. I would therefore suggest to remove it. 

For clarity, this is what I'm talking about:
