At least some users mentioned in https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/current-problems-with-id-editor/130320/4  might be impacted by AS3320<>Cloudflare peering issues. All traffic to www.openstreetmap.org is routed through njy-newark. From personal experience, osm.org loading times can be fairly long at times (30s+).

For the fun of it, try https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/ to get an instant response, without Cloudflare in the middle.
