[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] TranslateWiki doesn't sync changes (Issue #6036)

hlfan created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6036)

Many of the new features include translatable content, but they don't show up in translatewiki and also don't get added into the repo by @translatewiki.
