[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] New 'social media links' are not included in the API when querying a user (Issue #6054)

My question is whether users are going to be happy with us enabling that behaviour... I certainly wouldn't want to start getting random "pings" on my social media accounts because of some edit I made.
