Yep, the status of the PR is that the visual representation of tag history looks the same as the screenshot in [this comment](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/6448#issuecomment-3443928967). The work that happened since is to fix lint/test/etc.

I'm happy to take more feedback, but it seems to be in a pretty good spot.

I think the wikidata lookup would probably be fairly easy to add back if that's important in this view.
