[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Edit button should go away upon entering editor (Issue #6506)

The row of buttons along the top is a navigation bar. None of the buttons goes away when you navigate to the page. For example, you can click History and still see History at the top. There may be less of a need to make this button clickable, but I suppose someone could use the clickable button to reset their editing session.
