Yes, issue is likely firefox-headless-related.

It is configured here:

Firefox is being difficult with regards to webgl in `--headless` mode for some reason:

I have some ideas how to workaound this upstream issue.
Need some time to figure out which of them works and which does not. 😉

The error message is just misleading.
