[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Special whitespaces are not stripped of the tag's value (Issue #6522)

Although you say that whitespace isn't stripped that is, not as far as we are concerned, whitespace at all.

If you choose to interpret that as URL encoded (and there's no reason for us to do so) then it decodes as U+2069 which still isn't whitespace, it's a control character, namely `POP DIRECTIONAL ISOLATE`.
