Tested with GitHub Codespaces. Mostly successful, but the `postCreateCommand` failed for reasons I couldn't quite tell, and I had to run `bin/rails db:create` manually and continue from there. Then tests ran successfully.

Also now VS Code is giving me trouble, tells me it can't authenticate into the container DB? My patience with this thing is wearing thin...
