[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add arrows to bus relations (Issue #6425)

Just wondering: what would this involve at a data level?

I see that route relations are tagged with to/from, with the textual names of the terminuses (termini?). For example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2088757#map=13/52.49164/13.35906 has `from=Grunewald, Roseneck` and `to=U Hermannplatz`.

Are there any routes where the individual ways have their direction tagged? That probably would make this much easier. (Not that this would be necessarily easy anyway!).
