[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Get full data for a super relation (Issue #6427)

I'm not sure why you would say that the API is intended for editing, it's a GET call to get the information on an entity. If there's a better API for this I'd love to know and use it.

Here's an example of a "regular" relation:
https://israelhiking.osm.org.il/poi/OSM/relation_17690572?language=en

The purple "highlight" is coming from data straight from OSM API.
