[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Right click menu is unnecessarily small (Issue #6383)

They are not, because my eyes go straight to the icon, wondering what it means, instead of the text.
Icons are just symbols, and symbols can have a lot of meanings.
In this case in the menu icons and separator lines are redundant. I prefer simplicity.
