Hello @kcne 👋 I was having a look at your proposals. My impression is that [noticed](https://github.com/excid3/noticed) is the better option as:
- It's an active project, with a responsive maintainer.
- It's widely used (I asked around a bit and it seems to be the preferred option).
- The design seems to use the right abstraction, separating the events from the multiple notifications they may generate (in line with @gravitystorm's thoughts at https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/908#issuecomment-508106079).
Is this something you would still want (and have time) to work on?
