We see:
Enclosing features

Residential Area [Airmens Village](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/132908724)
Administrative Boundary (Level 10) [Barangay 183](https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2988704)
Administrative Boundary (Level 9) [Zone 20](https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2973786)
Administrative Boundary (Level 7) [District 1](https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2973769)

As we mouseover they are shown on the map.

Until they are so big that they are beyond the screen.

Or so the user thinks.

But in fact it is because they are relations, that's why they don't show up.

So mouseover isn't good enough, users need to really click them.
