[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Shared osm link doesn't show a marker (Issue #6045)

I am seeing the same issue. If we export the html with a marker parameter ie 

```html

```

NOTE the `marker` parameter `marker=46.76771239926923%2C15.87001919746399`

The Rendered HTML Has no Marker
