I can reproduce this on the openmaptiles demo page ( https://www.maptiler.com/maps/#style=openstreetmap&lang=auto&mode=2d&position=12.75/51.31018/-0.68644 ) and also with other unrelated maplibre styles (e.g. Thunderforest Atlas). So I'm confident that it's an upstream bug.
Going by the pattern of behaviour (the vertical striping appearing on polygons with a pattern) then I suspect it will have a similar root cause, somewhere in WebGL texture handling. It might be worth adding additional information about this specific behaviour to the maplibre tracker, either in the same issue or in a separate one.
Since this is not something we can fix here, I'm going to close this issue. Thanks for the report @oblyn
