[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Shared osm link doesn't show a marker (Issue #6045)

It seems this doesn't fix the note-link issue. I've tried several browsers (Edge, Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet), but none of them show a marker clicking the link within the [note](https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4678312) posted above.
