Great! What is necessary now? Is this for @Nikerabbit to set up?

For avoidance of doubt: from the above, I understand that we want Translatewiki to use its ["Pull or merge request" strategy](https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Project_activity_requirements#Translation_integration_requirements). Initially maintainers will merge the PRs manually, with a possibility of future automation.
