[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Auto-links for values containing `|` are broken (Issue #6961)

to make it more actionable: if wiki page is linked and one of banned characters is present, key (in this case https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:bus:lanes ) should be linked instead

see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Special_characters/en

if key itself contains special characters no wiki page should be linked
