[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Correct redirect links to osmfoundation.org (Issue #6969)

maro-21 created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6969)

I've found a link that is a redirect https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Site.copyright.legal_babble.infringement_2_1_takedown_procedure_url/en
Here `https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Takedown_procedure` redirects to `https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Takedown_procedure`.

It looks like some people can't decide becuase it was changed many times https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Osm:Site.copyright.legal_babble.infringement_2_1_takedown_procedure_url/en&action=history

We currently have 6 links to wiki.osmfoundation.org that redirect to osmfoundation.org.
