[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Allow searching for language by language code (Issue #6973)

### Problem

When searching for a language in the language switcher, entering the language code yields either nothing or completely irrelevant results.

### Description

For example when entering `bg` I expect to see `Bulgarian`. `rs` -> `Serbian`, `tr` -> `Turkish`.
