[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add section on AI-assisted contributions (PR #6979)

Based on the conversation in #6954

I've tried to keep it short, because I'm not sure how many people will bother reading it. It's more something that we can point to when we're discussing a PR.

I've avoided adding any "proof of reading" clauses (e.g. van halen clauses) since I don't think there's a consensus on those.
