[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Navigating back-and-forth between changeset and it's elements results in grey (blank) map area. (Issue #6978)

Occurs since a month or so. Sometimes right toolbar is still visible iirc.
Kind of minor issue, since refresh resolves it (temporarily),
though overpass -achavi, etc.- was since completely overloaded, so may be slightly more annoying now.
<sub>overpass issue is being resolved in the background but takes time</sub>
