[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Can't login with Facebook if email address is the same (Issue #7019)

I just tested clicking the log in with Facebook here,

It will fail when the user has the same email address for their Facebook account as their OSM account.

Yes, even though the user wants to log in, not sign up, to OSM.
