[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Improve Diary text editor interface (Issue #7044)

I always write longer messages in a system text editor and save them from time to time. I don't think we need something like that on the website. If we do that, the next people will say we're missing a spreadsheet on OSM website... I like minimalism and simplicity which is on osm.org.
