[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Cancel pending Export sidebar loads on unload (PR #7268)

OK, now I try to fix all type of sidebar's bugs which the original commit can't solve.

Including these:

1. directions -> others -> directions -> others, the route and marker will remain on map. 
2. note -> subscribe -> others, the sidebar will remain note
3. changeset -> subscribe -> others, thesidebar will remain changeset
4. search -> search something and the Nominatim load but marker not load ->others, the marker will still appear.
5. history -> move -> history (the second history complete load before the first)

I record the current abortController in direction, search, history. Record the lifecycle in note, changeset (Because the subscribe can't be abort). Now these bugs have all fixed.
