[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Store all GPS traces as LineStrings (Issue #7339)

I think we cannot delete public and private yet, because users can still convert those traces to trackable or identifiable #7321,   I think at some point those points will not be used anymore and nobody will convert them, and then we can delete them. But for now I think we should keep them.
