[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add datalist to display multiple search results (PR #6765)

One thing I forgot: please provide a test for this functionality. This probably should go in `test/system/directions_test.rb` and use JS stubs similar to those in `test/system/query_features_test.rb`.
