This repository provides is for the OpenStreetMap web site (www.openstreetmap.org) and does not include a PWA and we do not aim to provide end user services of the sort you describe.

The webapis.co site is nothing to do with us (it may use our data or our map tiles but the site is not ours) so we can't help you with that.
