[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add datalist to display multiple search results (PR #6765)

Maybe the only way to make it work without a 'hack' is to create a dropdown with ul. It might take some time so I'm closing this PR. 
The current method does not work for firefox(all other chromium based browsers-brave, edge, etc are working)
