If you are planning on making changes to the UI, but you aren't actually able to view these changes locally, then please stop and rethink what you are doing. You've already had one PR declined because you didn't review the changes yourself. I appreciate that you are willing to help, but writing code without checking that it works isn't actually helpful at all.

If you are having problems with your local Docker environment, please fix that first. If you are stuck, feel free to open an issue describing the problem, and hopefully we can help!
