[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Avoid zombie Hardware Upgrade Fund translations (PR #6820)

Renamed the string for the Donate navigation bar link introduced in #6617 to prevent ancient Hardware Upgrade Fund translations from reappearing via Translatewiki.net.
