[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Navigation button not translated (Issue #6830)

Sure the translation depends on another platform, and now it can't provide strings, ok, we can waiting for translatewiki for days, weeks and even monthes, for repair the workflow, but why can't use already cached and committed strings?

This was already been export to this repository, but still can't been displayed 
Besides this not only for S-Chinese but just select a file as example
